Formula for individual events

One round of pools, then directe elimination + a classification match (third place drawn), for U9 to Vétérans .

Formula for team events

One round of pools : 3 or 4 teams (8 points) then a directe elimination (20 points) + a classification match (third place drawn) , for U9 to Vétérans .

 

Round of pools Each relay consiste of 4 points, 2 minutes each, for a total 8 points for the match

Awards Ceremony

Podiums will be awarded at the end of each event.

The fencers receiving the awards must present themselves on the podium in their fencing uniform or club tracksuit. Only those fencers will receive medals.

 

Technical Board

The TD (Technical Director) will be set up at the start of the event and will decide without appeal, on any disputed cases.

Referees

Every foreign fencer must pay an additional 10 Euros for referee fees.

Except for seniors and veterans (self-refereeing)

Presence on the strips

 

During the competition, only active fencers and their coach may be present. Club managers will be authorised. Acces with bagdes.

Catering

 

Tarte Flambée Saturday from 14 PM and sunday from 11 AM

 

There will be a refreshment stall on Saturday and Sunday

 

Stand

A stand UHLMANN  will operate during the competition
